1. 一般加动词原形或不定式：help (to) do sth “帮助做某事”
如：I can't help (to) do housework because I'm busy.
因为我很忙，所以我不能帮着做家务活。
2. 有时也加动名词：can't/couldn't help doing sth "忍不住/禁不住做某事"
如：I couldn't help laughing.
我忍不住笑起来。
