没有have being这种结构。
Be动词在独立主格结构中会变身成being，但通常可以省略，比如：
Since the weather was fine, we decided to have a picnic.
既然天气很好，我们决定去野餐。
↓变成独立主格
The weather being fine, we decided to have a picnic.
being可以省略
The weather fine, we decided to have a picnic.
★ 但是，being有两种情况是不能省略的，一是“there being+名词”;二是逻辑主语是代词的时候，being不能省略。比如：
There being 型
As there was no bus, we had to walk home.
没有公交车了，我们不得不走回家。
变独立主格
There being no bus, we had to walk home.
变形后，being处于there be结构中，不能省略
逻辑主语是代词型
As it is Sunday, all the offices are closed.
由于今天是星期天，所有的办公区都关闭了。
变独立主格
It being Sunday, all the offices are closed.
简化过程中，being的逻辑主语是it，一个代词，因此being不能被去掉，保留下来。
