首先写日期，然后写起床、洗漱、早饭时间，然后写一天做了什么，最后写几点上床睡觉。

Today is Sunday.I usually get up at7:00.

今天是星期天，我通常七点起床。

At 7:10 brushing and bathing.

七点十分刷牙洗澡。

Then around 7:30 to eat breakfast.

然后呢七点半左右吃饭早餐。

Go out at 7:50 and played basketball with friends.

7点50分出去和朋友们一起打篮球。

That is my favorite sport!

To 11:30 before I go home to eat lunch.

到11:30我才回家吃饭午饭。

After lunch I like to watch the math in 2 hours.
