摘要：The device has a turning element (16) for the material length, and a feederelement (17) near it. A guide element (3,5) next to the turning element passes the frontend of the length around the element. The front end is supported on e.g. a continuousturning belt (3), and is moved to the feeder element. Guide and turning elements form afunnel-shaped intake for the front end. The turning belt is esp. pivoted relative to theturning element. The belt moves over three pulleys (8,9) and one belt section pressesagainst the turning element.
